Keith is an experienced international finance professional with a career spanning more than three decades in the manufacturing and distribution industries. He has vast experience providing leadership and oversight responsibility for all financial affairs of global operations of large multi-national companies, including financial planning, financial analysis & evaluation, financial modeling & forecasting, financial reporting and treasury management. He has a keen cultural appreciation and expertise for conducting business in global markets, having lived in Hong Kong for five years overseeing the financial affairs for Honeywell’s Asia Region including business start-up in China and establishing joint-venture and distributorship arrangements throughout Asia. He has also done extensive business travel to Europe, Australia, Mexico and Central America. Keith is skilled at all aspects of Mergers & Acquisitions having conducted dozens of transactions in the US, Canada, Europe and India. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and has an MBA in Finance.
Keith has served as a mentor in the Jack & Jill Rights of Passage program to help young African-American males as they navigate the journey from high school to college. He is also an advocate on behalf of the Interfaith Housing Collaborative to create housing for homeless youth in Edina, Minnesota.
